Fees
Base Fee
After a sale, the first 15% goes to the Government to cover HST. Of the remaining funds, we send you a cheque or etransfer for 50% less any additional fees (see below). The other 50% pays our staff, appraisers and movers.
ADDITIONAL FEES
- Gas fees may apply - depending on location. This will be discussed during consultation.
- If junk removal is required by a third party, this is charged to the estate.
- All costs are deducted from our payment to you. THERE ARE NO UPFRONT COSTS.
